Leather, by nature, will evolve\u2014developing scratches, softening, and a patina unique to its use. These are not flaws, but part of its journey.<\/p>\n<p>Our warranty covers defects in craftsmanship, including solid brass hardware and zippers. It does not cover natural aging, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear.<\/p>\n<p>When a piece has reached the end of its life through years of use, we offer a trade-in program with 40% off a replacement\u2014ensuring your journey continues.<\/p>\n<p>To care for your piece:<br \/>\u2013 Store it in a cool, ventilated space, away from direct light<br \/>\u2013 Apply a small amount of leather balm when dryness appears<br \/>\u2013 Avoid contact between vegetable-tanned leather and oily leather<\/p>\n<p>For repairs, please send a photo along with your warranty card to <a href=\"mailto:hello@walklo.co\">hello@walklo.co<\/a>.
