Returns, Refund & Repairs
Please refers to our warranty policy whether the case is covered by our warranty. We don’t accept cancellation and all items sold are non-exchangeable. Leather is natural material and it will not be exactly the same even if they are from the same cow. These features may include small leather creases, scars, or variations in color, which are not manufacturing defects. And handmade item also will not be exactly the same, that’s why each item has its own originality.
We urge you to review the product soon after received our product (we only receive to return 30 days after you receiving our product to send back to us) after that period time, it will be considered as repair item. Please write an email for returns, exchanges, and repairs to [email protected], with:
- Order details
- Reason detail for return, exchange, or repairs with photograph
Return, Refund and Repair Details:
- Purchaser is responsible for 50% shipping and handling cost, all returns must be provided with either delivery confirmation or tracking number.
- We are not responsible for uncorrected shipping address provided by purchaser.
- We will ship back new item after we received item want to be exchanged.
- To be eligible for return and refund, item should be in original condition, unused. Products that returned damaged to walklo will not be eligible for the refund.
- Custom made items are not eligible for returns/ refund/ exchanges as the item would’ve been made to your specification. Sale and wholesale purchases are not eligible for refunds.
