Our leather bags are crafted to last, but after years of use, you may notice some scuffs or simply want a fresh replacement. Through our Trade-In Program, you can receive a 40% discount on the same product. Here’s how to get started:

Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Trade-In Program” (or something similar) and include photos of your bag. Make sure to capture the front, back, bottom, both sides, and inside of the bag. Be honest about any signs of wear—marks and scuffs don’t mean your bag won’t qualify!

Share Your Bag’s Story: Tell us a bit about your bag’s journey! Was it a gift, a reward for a milestone, or a trusty travel companion? We love hearing the stories behind our Pre-Loved bags.

We’ll Review and Respond: Once we receive your email, we’ll review your photos and get back to you with the next steps. If your bag qualifies, we’ll provide instructions on where to send it.
